RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Miscellaneous Essentials, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Clearance and sale items
• Archive Collection items
• Gift cards
• Personal care or beauty products
• Opened consumable products (food, beverages, teas, etc.)
• Items marked Final Sale
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made with the order.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
